The Selah Journal

$22.00

Appearing mostly in the Psalms, scholars believe the Hebrew word Selah means to “pause or reflect”. My simple prayer for this journal is that it becomes a favorite tool that helps you do just that at the end of your day: pause and reflect. Our world focuses a lot on the morning routines and how we should start the day with prayer and meditation, but rarely do we do anything for our souls in the evening. Instead, we crash into bed at the end of the day - lucky to finish a prayer before drifting off to sleep.

The Selah Journal was intentionally created to reside on your bedside table. We hope that you open it up each night before you fall asleep. The layout is designed to write down your prayers, your gratitude, and the tasks of tomorrow - giving Him every detail of your life so that you can rest at night. We pray that this journal becomes a part of your evening routine and you are abundantly blessed through this practice.
